James joined JRP Enterprises Investment in February 2011 and is Fund Manager responsible for the advisory mandates of the JRP Enterprises Investment Property Unit Trust and a substantial Family Office Investment portfolio. His role includes fund/portfolio strategy, transactions, portfolio analysis, reporting and asset management of the assembled portfolios.

James has 13 years’ experience in commercial property having been elected as a member of the RICS in 2008 whilst employed at GVA (now Avison Young).

James holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and an MA in Property Valuation & Law from Cass Business School. James also holds the CFA Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management.

How long we keep your Data

We are required under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MIFID II) rules to retain all client related information for up to 7 years, after which time it will be destroyed.
